Novellia Expands into Lung Cancer Care at Leading Cancer Center with its Patient-powered Digital Health Record Registry Platform

NEW YORK, NY, November 6, 2023 - Novellia, Inc., an AI-enabled health data company harnessing the power of personal healthcare to drive precision medicine forward, announces the initiation of its second major digital health record registry solution, this time focusing on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) biomarker testing at the O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. This rapid expansion into a new therapeutic area, funded by Daiichi Sankyo, demonstrates the scalability of Novellia's standardized platform.
Building on the success of its HER2+ breast cancer registry, Novellia's platform will now power the IMPACT-NSCLC (Innovative Machine-learning Protocols for Accurate Clinical biomarker Testing) study, showcasing the versatility of its turnkey digital registry solution across different oncology domains. The platform will quickly aggregate and analyze longitudinal patient records to track biomarker testing patterns and outcomes - traditionally a manual, time-intensive process.
"The ability to rapidly deploy our digital registry platform into lung cancer, only months after our breast cancer implementation, validates our product-market fit and scalability," said Shashi Shankar, CEO of Novellia. "By standardizing our solution, we can quickly launch new registries across any therapeutic area while maintaining consistent quality and automated data collection."
The registry is scheduled to commence in January 2024, marking Novellia's second engagement with Daiichi Sankyo and its first collaboration with an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center. This expansion demonstrates the growing market validation of Novellia's standardized approach to real-world data collection and analysis.
